Getting started
GrowLinkAI turns today's industry news into LinkedIn posts in your own voice. It's an AI LinkedIn advisor that reads your market every day, picks the stories your audience cares about, and drafts your take. It also audits your LinkedIn profile and shows you which posts got people talking. You approve every post before it goes live. It is built for founders, thought leaders, B2B sales teams, agencies, and ghostwriters.
No. GrowLinkAI is free to start and no credit card is required. Pro comes with a 7-day trial, and you can stay on the Free plan afterwards. Agency bills from day one.
You connect LinkedIn with one click through LinkedIn's official sign-in; GrowLinkAI never asks for your LinkedIn password. Once connected, GrowLinkAI reads your profile to score it and learn about you.
The Free plan includes a profile score with a summary, 15 AI chat messages a month, 3 AI-generated posts a month, 1 scheduled post at a time, and 1-click publishing to LinkedIn. Pro adds the daily news Brief, the full profile audit and scored breakdown, voice training, unlimited chat and posts, and unlimited scheduling.
News & The Brief
GrowLinkAI matches news to your industry and ranks each story against the profile it has learned: your expertise, goals, and audience. Choose your timeframe (the last 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days), and every story comes with a short summary and a link to the full article.
Partly. You can filter the Brief to any single news source it has found, which keeps the feed to the publications you trust. Saving a list of preferred sources and muting others is not available yet.
Both. GrowLinkAI shows a summary feed you can scan in seconds, and every story links to the full article on the publisher's site when you want more context.
When you choose Draft a post on a story, GrowLinkAI opens the AI advisor with that article attached and drafts a LinkedIn post about it in your voice, based on your profile and your voice training. You can steer the angle (My take, Hot take, Contrarian, What it means for my audience, or Prediction), then add your own perspective and experience before you post. The goal is not to replace your expertise but to give you more time to think, create, and share.
The daily news Brief is included in Pro, Agency, and Enterprise plans. On Agency, each client profile gets its own Brief, ranked against that client's profile.
Plans & pricing
GrowLinkAI offers a Free plan, a Pro plan for individuals, an Agency plan for managing multiple profiles, and an Enterprise plan by waitlist. Pro is $49/mo, or $29/mo billed annually; Agency is $119/mo, or $74/mo billed annually, for 6 Profile Seats.
Agency plans include 6 Profile Seats. Each Profile Seat covers one LinkedIn profile you manage in GrowLinkAI, yours or a client's. If you need more than 6, email support@growlinkai.com.
You choose monthly or annual billing when you subscribe, and annual billing saves the equivalent of 4+ months. Switching an existing subscription between the two isn't available in the app yet; email support@growlinkai.com and we'll help.
If you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of your current billing period and then move to the Free plan. Your posts, profile seats, and settings stay in your account.
GrowLinkAI Enterprise is on a waitlist. It is planned for executive LinkedIn programs of ten or more people, with cross-account benchmarking, SSO, white-label, and profile-to-pipeline attribution. Join the waitlist from the pricing page.
AI chat & content
The AI chat advisor is a conversational assistant that has your LinkedIn profile, goals, and voice in context and keeps the history of each conversation. You use it to turn a news story, an idea, or a question into a post, and it drafts in your voice rather than in generic AI language. Free includes 15 messages a month; Pro and above are unlimited.
Voice profile training teaches GrowLinkAI how you write from one to three of your own past posts, so every draft sounds more like you. It picks up your tone, formality, vocabulary, sentence style, and signature phrases. It is available on Pro and above, and the post samples you paste in are not stored.
GrowLinkAI drafts in your voice, based on your LinkedIn profile, your conversation with the advisor, and voice training. Every draft is a starting point for your own perspective, not a finished post, and you edit and approve everything.
For every idea, GrowLinkAI drafts three versions of the post with different hooks and angles, so you can pick the one that fits and edit from there. Ask for a single version and it writes just one.
Yes. Pro and above include a content calendar with month and week views of your scheduled and published posts, where you can drag a post to reschedule it.
Profile optimization
A GrowLinkAI profile audit reads your live LinkedIn profile and gives you three headline rewrites, a new About section draft, and photo feedback, each with the reasoning behind it. The audit is on Pro; Free shows your profile score with a summary.
The profile health score weighs six categories of your LinkedIn profile (headline, About, goals, audience, content, and skills) and combines them into one score, so you can see which section is holding inbound back. Free shows the score and a summary; Pro and above unlock the full breakdown.
Yes. GrowLinkAI writes three alternative headlines and a new About section, shown alongside your current headline, and writes them for the audience you want to reach rather than for recruiters.
Publishing & scheduling
Yes. GrowLinkAI publishes and schedules posts through the official LinkedIn API, with one click, after you approve the draft. 1-click publishing is available on every plan.
On GrowLinkAI, the Free plan lets you schedule 1 post at a time, while Pro and Agency have no limit on scheduled posts. When your scheduled post publishes, the slot frees up and you can schedule the next one. Scheduling limits are separate from AI image and video generation, which use their own monthly credits and are not included on the Free plan.
Yes. Agency plan users can publish and schedule posts to a LinkedIn Company Page they administer, one page per Profile Seat.
Yes. On Agency, a team member's draft goes to a client or manager for approval before it is published, so nothing goes out on a client profile without sign-off.
Analytics
GrowLinkAI shows an engagement dashboard with trends over the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, year, or a custom range, and a post performance table you can sort by impressions, likes, comments, or engagement, so you can see which posts got people talking rather than only likes. It is available on Pro and above.
No, but analytics needs one extra consent. Analytics & Company Pages is a separate LinkedIn authorization, so GrowLinkAI can read engagement on your posts and publish to and report on the Company Page you choose.
Not yet. GrowLinkAI does not export analytics to CSV or PDF today.
Teams & agencies
Each Profile Seat is one LinkedIn profile, with its own profile score, voice, drafts, analytics, and daily news Brief. You manage all seats from one workspace.
No. Clients connect their own LinkedIn account through LinkedIn's official sign-in, and GrowLinkAI never stores or asks for passwords.
Yes. You can invite team members to your GrowLinkAI workspace by email as an admin, member, or client, and limit a member to specific seats instead of the whole workspace.
A client seat is a LinkedIn profile that GrowLinkAI works on, and a team member is a person who logs in to your workspace to help manage it. Seats are billed as part of your plan, and team members have no extra per-person cost. Each seat can have one client (the person whose profile it is), up to three admins, and up to five members who draft posts and submit them for approval. Each seat can also connect one company page, which its team can work on too. Once a seat's roles are full, remove someone before inviting a replacement.
Account, safety & privacy
No. GrowLinkAI never posts without your approval. It drafts, you edit and approve, and then it publishes or schedules through the official LinkedIn API.
No. GrowLinkAI does not use bots, engagement pods, fake likes, or automated commenting or connection requests. It only publishes posts you have approved.
GrowLinkAI is designed to keep your account safe: it uses only the official LinkedIn API, never automates engagement, and never posts without your approval, which are the behaviours LinkedIn's terms restrict.
Scheduling tools help you post more often. GrowLinkAI helps you post about what is happening in your industry right now, in your own voice, so your posts start conversations. Most tools optimize for posting. GrowLinkAI optimizes for replies.
You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from Settings, and you can delete your GrowLinkAI account from the same page. Deleting your account cancels any subscription and removes your account, workspaces, and posts.

Billing & support
GrowLinkAI accepts all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. GrowLinkAI never stores your card details directly.
If a payment fails, you keep access to your paid plan while Stripe automatically retries your card. GrowLinkAI notifies you in the app and by email as soon as the payment fails, and again once it goes through. To fix it, update your payment method in Settings → Plan & Billing, and the next retry will use your new details. If the retries run out, your subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your posts, profile seats, and settings stay saved, and you can upgrade again at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade from Pro to Agency at any time, and the change takes effect immediately with prorated pricing. GrowLinkAI shows you the exact amount, including any credit for unused time on your Pro plan, before you confirm, and you pay the difference right away. Agency features unlock as soon as the payment goes through. You can also downgrade from Agency to Pro from Settings → Plan & Billing, which shows the date the change takes effect. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade, but extra profile seats and team features stop being available until you upgrade again.
